My name is Emily, I am 34 and I live in Catford, South East London. I have been a qualified Personal Trainer for just over 6 years but unfortunately at the time I qualified I was knee deep in a Corporate City Career. In 2017 I decided to get out, so I left my career in the City to share my passion and enthusiasm for exercise and health.

Starting up my own business has been hard and quite the journey but each time I’ve got stressed out or cried I remind myself to go back to the core of why I do what I do – I am fully committed to helping clients become healthier versions of themselves.  I am a firm believer that for too long we’ve been led to believe that looking after ourselves is a hard and a chore, but instead it should be embraced as Me Time. This starts with loving your body composition and then playing to its strengths to better yourself as opposed to looking at others on social media because that’s not real life. And…that’s where I come in – I want to help you find what works for you!

Excitingly also since starting up my own business in Personal Training I have qualified as a specialist in Pre & Post Natal exercise. This work is very rewarding as I get to be part of the pregnancy and to meet the new arrivals whilst caring for the Mum’s (or Dad’s).

I offer variety of programmes as well as Group Sessions on Peckham Rye Common if you simply want to get healthy with others.  Just remember there are many benefits to having a Personal Trainer help you achieve your goals, these include being:

  • Aided in taking accountability for your own health and goal achievements
