Exercise Training

If you have the desire to change and exercise then healthme has a personal exercise programme for you. healthme will take your enthusiasm and take the hassle out of planning your exercise programme, ensuring it is flexible around your schedule, exercise and environment preferences and your body’s function.

Sessions depending on your goals could be 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length but this can all be discussed and agreed from the outset.

Your First session – FREE

  • 10 sessions x 45 minutes = £400
  • 10 sessions x 60 minutes = £500

Programmes may include:

  • HIIT – High Intensity Interval training
  • LISS – Low Intensity Steady State Cardio
  • CrossFit
  • Boxercise
  • Developmental flex stretching
  • Balance instruction
  • Wellness recovery sessions
  • Bodyweight movement fitness with no equipment;
  • Tone & Sculpt
  • Running & Cycling
  • Nordic or regular walking
  • Legs, Bum and Tums
  • 15 minute speed sessions

All of the above could be done in private gyms*, outdoors, your home, place of work, local leisure centres* wherever you feel most comfortable and most motivated about meeting your goals.

*may incur an additional charge

 NB: exercising can be done on a one to one basis, in pairs or in a larger group.
