So 2018 was a whirlwind of new health and fitness initiatives but 2019 is not showing any signs of slowing this journey down. There is even more for us to choose from. Here are a few of the things I think will be big in 2019:
2019 is going to be a pioneering year for the Health & Wellness industry. I cannot wait to see what is next and how some of these ideas break the mould and help us on our journeys to live longer.
