Group Sessions are a great way to introduce yourself to exercise and to socialise with others who have similar goals to you. Working together is often the best motivation of all. We provide a variety of Group sessions from Power Cardio to Buggy Fit which all aim to fit around you and your schedule.
You should not feel as though being pregnant or recently having given birth excludes you from starting or continuing to exercise. Pre & Post Natal training aims to empower you with the necessary knowledge to safely work your body to the benefit of you and your baby.
