Pre & Post Natal training

You should not feel as though being pregnant or recently having given birth excludes you from starting or continuing to exercise.  Pre & Post Natal training aims to empower you with the necessary knowledge to safely work your body to the benefit of you and your baby. You should remain as active as possible for as long as possible leading up to your birth and resume as soon as possible after the birth.

At healthme we like to keep it simple. Whether you’re interested in training with others or on a 1-2-1 basis we have a package for you. All sessions are 45 minutes in length and take place at a location that is convenient for you, whether that be at home, in a park or near work. And if the training is post natal then we’re more than happy to work around nap times or have your newborn join in.

All you need to do is work out with your trainer how many sessions per month are right to help you attain your goals and arrange your sessions from there.

Training will also include quick study sessions to ensure you understand the physical conditions and warning signs associated with your pregnancy before, after and during.

  • All sessions are to be used within the month, if not they will be forfeited.
  • All sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation fee of 100%.
  • All session packages are subject to an additional fee of £60 per person for 2-2-1 or 3-2-1 sessions

All of the above could be done in private gyms*, outdoors, your home, place of work, local leisure centres* wherever you feel most comfortable and most motivated about meeting your goals.
