Pre & Post Natal training

You should not feel as though being pregnant or recently having given birth excludes you from starting or continuing to exercise.  Pre & Post Natal training aims to empower you with the necessary knowledge to safely work your body to the benefit of you and your baby. You should remain as active as possible for as long as possible leading up to your birth and resume as soon as possible after the birth.

Although there are a number of important factors and considerations that must be assessed, which is why Pre & Post Natal training is provided by qualified professionals.

Sessions depending on your goals could be 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length but this can all be discussed and agreed from the outset.

Your First session – FREE

  • 10 sessions x 45 minutes = £400
  • 10 sessions x 60 minutes = £500

Resistance and cardiovascular training will also include quick study sessions to ensure you understand the physical conditions and warning signs associated with your pregnancy:

  • Lower back pain
  • Muscle cramps
  • Ligament pain
  • Symphsis pubis dysfunction
  • Gestational diabetes
  • Stress incontinence
  • Diastasis recti

      Nutrition and pregnancy:

  • The food pyramid
  • Vitamins and their benefits
  • Foods to avoid during pregnancy

All of the above could be done in private gyms*, outdoors, your home, place of work, local leisure centres* wherever you feel most comfortable and most motivated about meeting your goals.

*may incur an additional charge

 NB: exercising can be done on a one to one basis, in pairs or in a larger group.
